We are contemplating a Brownstone renovation project. General facade work (cleaning and repairs) and specific repairs dealing with water seeping into walls.  I see a list of like 50 companies, but does anyone have any solid recommendations?  Thanks!

Unfortunately I don’t have a positive recommdendation.  Based on my experience with Metro, I would say they would be ones to avoid.  Besides the long drawn out time in between giving a deposit and finally get workers to start (which happens a lot), they did a mediocre job and Hasan can be really difficult to work with.
