Brownstone Faced Restoration

I have a 4 story brownstone and have been soliciting quotes to do the work. There isn’t much detail except for some rock face band at each floor. I have received two quotes and one was $35,000 and the other was $75,000\. The low bid I received is from Donald Morgan and I saw some of his work on Carroll Street in Park Slope and it looks pretty good. I tried calling other contractors like Preserv but never got a return call. I saw some people have recommended Donald just wondering if anyone has seen his work that has been there for an extended period of time (10 years or greater). Just wanted to make sure he knows what he is doing and it will last since its a big expense and his number seems reasonable especially after seeing the other quote.

We did end up hiring Donald after looking at several of his jobs. A couple on St. Marks by Carlton Ave and a couple on Carroll Street between 7th & 8th Aves right behind the Chase bank. He had done the stairs which one he created from scratch and the other was a resurfacing.

Mr.Hancock, I do not have time to respond to your doltish comment calling me a “shill” because I do not have any relation with Millad or his company. CTG Construction, which is owned by Millad worked for my house in Bed-Stuy has done a great job, and I continuously using his company for future of my work and friends knowing his work ethics and professionalism. I am just recommending his company because great works his company has completed for me with very good price. If MrHancock can prove that I, eliasbstuy have any business relation with CTG Construction will publicly apologize and will not post single post about Millad company anymore.
