Hi, I saw a question recently soliciting feedback on a floorplan, which piqued my interest — are their other floorplans floating around on brownstoner? I searched by “plans” and came up with nothing, which doesn’t seem possible . . . We are renovating a 20″x43″ duplex for our family of 2 adults, 2 kids, one soon to arrive baby. I’d love to see anyone’s floorplans for how they used a similar space (parlor floor for living/kitchen and upstairs for bedrooms) – as we are in the brainstorming phase of our planning.
