Recommendation for Boiler Cleaner Needed

We have a dirty oil boiler that needs to be vacuumed and cleaned. Can anyone recommend an indiividual (preferably over a company) that does a thorough job at a reasonable price? Thanks in advance.

A couple of years ago I had a badly carbonized boiler cleaned by Ray Robles of Ray and Sons Boiler Cleaning 718-615-2039, 646-436-0278.  He was recommended by a boiler serviceman who I’ve known for many years.
