Oil to Gas boiler swap

Hello Brownstoners Any recommendations on plumber that will swap out an old oil boiler for a gas one? Also, the old one definitely has asbestos wrapped pipes – is there a way to remove that without paying thousands upon thousands to asbestos removers? Thank you for your advice!
