New Sections Needed for Boiler: Installer?

Our cast iron boiler (located in Manhattan in a 22 unit building) has several rotten sections which need to be replaced. We called one of the big-name boiler installers and got a crazy-high proposal. We need some recommendations as we definitetly want to get another proposal. Obviously they need to be willing to work in Manhattan. Thanks for any suggestions and please, no shills.

Do you know the name and model number of the boiler? Is this in the West Village?
