Noticing some paper in the window, I peered into the storefront next door to the laundromat building on the northwest corner of Halsey and Stuyvesant.  A worker inside confirmed that a bar is planned for the space.  Any intel on this? Also, does anyone know what is planned for the northeast corner of Stuyvesant and Macon? Finally, any intel on the new storefront just east of the southeast corner of Halsey and Lewis?

Too many places are opening now at bed-study, specially that corner. Our residential place turned into commercial place. we the owner of the neighborhood can’t even find place to park anymore due people coming from outside.

I live right near that corner and there has been no change in parking.  In fact, nothing new has opened except the corner “Organic grocery” which remains typically  understocked for the neighborhood and never seems to have anyone inside.  Wait untill some retailer actually “gets it” and then you might have some parking issues.  Otherwise, your claim is nonsense.
