Old Joists turned into flooring...

I am looking for a buyer for about 1500 sq/ft of 3″x 3/4″ tounge and groove fir flooring that we made from removing all of the old joists in a Passive House Brownstone renovation in Park Slope.  We then had the joists quartered and milled into tounge and groove boards in a local shop in Queens.  The cost of the wood is $5.50 per sq/ft.   The client used 750 sq/ft of the flooring for their top floor but have used other flooring for the other floors which is why we have surplus.  Because the wood is 120 year old heart wood with some nail holes, it has a great character and is ready to be stained or sanded for your finish.  Also because of its age, it is very dimensionally stable and will not shrink and swell like newer wetter wood does.
