Old Decorative Picture Rails

I have about 100′ of these decorative picture rails. I don’t think they’re original to the house, but they do seem quite old. They could be very nice if stripped and repainted. They’re free to whoever wants them and is willing to come by this weekend to pick them up; or if there are multiple interested parties, then whoever makes the first reasonable offer for them.
