Renting a Washer & Dryer

We may be interested in renting a washer & dryer for our apartment. Does anyone know a company that does this in the city? About how much does it cost a month? Thanks for the help!

If you have good credit, Best Buy has great deals: apply for their credit card, charge your appliances, and you get 6-18 mos (depending on deal) same as cash. This is how we paid for the appliances when we renovated our kitchen: stove, dishwasher, range hood, washer and dryers. Really a great deal!

buy something from craigslist then sell it back on craigs list. It should cost almost nothing (minus carry price).

after only a few months, the cost of renting a washer / dryer will exceed the cost of actually buying your own appliances. Why not just buy some that are lightly used?
