Need advice/references for Rebuilding in Gerritsen Beach

The family home in Gerritsen Beach (built in 1920 or so) was flooded in Sandy and will need considerable repair and reconstruction.  I will be working with the current owner — my cousin– who needs assistance in the reconstruction process.  I am reaching out to the ever-helpful Brownstoner community to find a reliable, honest and licensed plumber and/or contractor who might be willing to come check out the damage and give us an estimate and advice on how to approach reconstruction.  We would pay you for your time for the consultation and estimate.   References and recommendations would be much appreciated.  Please leave email and/or tel contact.
