Electric Dryer Exhaust system

hi, I am looking for New York state residential code exhaust duct requirements (for electric clothes dryer). Something similar to International Residential Code section M1502.8(this section applies the requirement to electric dryer). p.s. basically I am looking for the provision that says for new construction where space (compartment) for a clothes dryer is provided (construction plan) an exhaust duct system shall be installed. appriciate any help on that topic.

I was able to look up the requirements for a builder to install the separate exhaust system for clothes dryer when space for domestic dryer provided by construction plan(IRC section M1502.8). But can’t find anything on that for NYC code. Any experience inspector here can help with it?

If this is in NYC then you need the NYC code, if not the state code. Just do a search for either and it will pop up.
