Best Vent Hood?

Would appreciate recommendations for a vent hood.  We cook, though not as much as some.  Would like something strong and quiet and not too pricey. Thanks.

Yeah, check out Ajmadison-they have a big selection of appliances at good prices.
Also visit Futuro Futuro’s store/showroom in Brooklyn for range hoods.  http://www.futurofuturo.com They are Italian made and carry over 250 models. I got a good deal when I went to the store directly.

Broan and Nutone are good.  We also specify Zephyr quite a bit, but there are definitely more powerful ones out there.  I would recommend visiting or calling AJMadison and getting their recommendation.  They have very good customer service. http://www.ajmadison.com/ Gary Eisner

Hi, I am a design/build business located in Brooklyn and Staten Island. I have installed Braun vents and exhausts throughout my 26yrs as a builder and designer. They are intelligently designed and built great. They are also well thought-out for a mechanic to install. MY wife has a 90yr old Electrical supply business and she is a distributor of many exhast and venting products. Braun and Nutone are excellent products with excellent warranty and customer service.
