Stained Glass Restoration and Appraisal

I have a 60″ x 40″ old stained glass window that could use some minor restoration. I’d also like to get an appriasal too. Any suggestions on who could help would be welcome. Thanks as always….

a customer of mine uses peter on 5th ave.  they have used him several times and seem to know him and have never said anything bad about him.
