Has anyone ever had renovation work done by All Renovation Construction LLC?

Looking for any feedback on  All Renovation Construction LLC?  Looking to maybe get a quote from them for a remodeling of my apartment. So any feed back on experience working with them would be great. Thank you in advance.

I hired them for a major whole-house renovation and we are currently nearing completion.  I wholeheartedly recommend them.  Robert and Pietro have been consummate professionals, incredibly responsive and a pleasure to deal with.  Before this project we had zero renovation experience, and they guided us through the process and made it relatively painless.  We’ve been very happy with the quality of their work. Agree with slopemope about otto’s remarks; there’s no avoiding a certain amount of disruption with major renos, and in our case our neighbors have actually commented on how careful and courteous All Reno’s workers have been.

i haven’t had work done by them, i did use them to bid on a house purchase / reno. Met them about a handful of times since – they have done a couple houses nearby.  i must say i would not hesitate hiring them (i would have if we were not outbid).  sorry i cannot give a post mortem since i never hired them.  I think pietro is first rate, on their gut renos they are obviously not always on site.  since i always wonder what if, i always look at their subs.  from my experience anyway, the laborers seem to bust their butts, predominantly mexican / central american, which is a lot more than i can say for the other renos in my neighborhood where the brothers are smoking blunts during their mid morning breaks.     otto sounds bitter, big renos in townhouses are highly disruptive, and no matter how experienced as a neighbor you are in going through this, you will find yourself cursing them even though that is par for the course.  most of the time it seems that party walls are usually made out of a combination of swiss cheese and fruity pebbles.  seriously, its a good thing they are all built against one another.  compare otto’s experience to one currently ongoing near me – last month, contractor broke straight through both party walls into the neighbors house, while he as sitting right there.  no lie.  people ned to hear these stories more often to see how bad the “bad contractors” can get.

I’m in the process of hiring them for a major renovation. We haven’t started work yet, but they’re extremely professional, nice, have tons of references (that checked out well), and a huge portfolio. I tried to find relevant feedback here, but since their name is so generic I couldn’t find anything. I would love to hear from anyone that has real firsthand experience.

I have not hired them, Nor would I. My neighbor did and they were a night mare. They did not supervise their subs, in fact I am not sure that they even knew that their subs, subbed out the work to yet more subs!, creating a real mess all up and down the block. They were creating major vibrations to the point of major damages to my property. There response ” Can we take pictures of your house so that we can assess future damage”! I have not seen the finished inside work, but the outside is a mess, it is not a landmark district so they could get away with it.
