Tax preparer for Multi Family

Hi — We are looking for tax help for our multi family rental. We keep good books so it shouldn’t be too difficult. Looking for someone to prepare taxes, review our books, and someone who’s familiar with rental property tax prep. Thanks in advance!

Speaking of which…….our small 6 apartment co-op pays $1000 a year for our end of year books etc. Surely this is an expense that could be reduced somewhat as everything is sent in with an excel spreadsheet, no mortgage etc. It just seems crazy that we are spending 2% of our entire years running expense on “compliance for the books”. How much are you spending?
