Condo personnel Req: Accountant, Electrician, Plumber, Handy Man

I am seeking assistance for a 6-8 unit condo in Fort Greene Brooklyn area.

I would like to recommend a very good and well priced electrician Steve @ Eco Electric, that I used to do a gut Reno up graded the electric wiring in our 3 family brownstone, including getting coned service inspection. For a coop of your size, you don’t need fully audited books, and I doubt a condo would need them, either.  Find an accountant to do your tax forms, save your money, and keep track of your own books.  There isn’t that much to do for bookkeeping, really.
