Eddie’s in Clinton Hill has a lot of these. I would also check with Build it Green in Gowanus. They are called summer covers FYI. Last I checked Eddies was asking about $100 each.

Eddie’s at Greene and Grand. He doesn’t have his shop open every day, but he’s there most afternoons and definitely Saturdays. He does have nice mantel inserts.
