Want to replace radiators. Prewar Boiler ...Need advice

PW is fine when everyone is bidding in kind. I like to think I know what I’m doing but hey I rarely do! At least my bonding company thinks I know what I’m doing, so do my clients. 10 years in and still going strong. Those things count for something.
