Recommendation on TV cable replacement

If there’s a wire already, just tie a new one on and pull it thru or get a fish wire and pull it thru. This is simple to do yourself. And TWC tech will do a wire as you want, if its physically possible.

We need to replace one of our TV cable lines that runs from an opening in the roof down two floors through an inner wall. Anyone have a recommendation on someone (electrician?) who has done this for them? We are not comfortable trying to do this ourselves. TWC will simply run a new line through a back window and staple gun it through the house.
