Need new stoop installed. Debating a completely metal vs stone/brick

I am debating the two because I have been looking at “newer” ones and they all seem to be falling apart in my area. I guess workmanship isn’t as good with these.. I thought a safer bet will be a metal one (maybe aluminum powder coated black) which has less workmanship in it and more material quality. I only found one “full” metal stoop though… 119 Norman st, 11222\. Any thoughts on this? Anyone did a metal stoop and can give a recommendation? Or did anyone have a brick one installed a while back (4-5 years ago) and it is in still in good shape?

sunbury, call amin for a quote, he does a decent job on stoops (dont let him talk you into other work though)

was also thinking about replacing deteriorating stoop with metal stairs-but would miss the storage area under stoop. as i understand it, it may be less expensive to install metal stairs. considering getting an estimate from lopopolo(?) iron works but no idea who to contact re “brownstoning”.

There are some nice metal ones being installed in a row of 4-5 houses on Congress or Warren maybe between Henry & Hicks.
