Looking for garbage & cleaning person for small coop bulding

Hi, I live in a self managed 10 unit brownstone (5 floors) in Park Slope. We are currently looking for someone to do our garbage and recycling the night before the two garbage days (Wed & Sat) and to vacuum and clean our hallways and stairs once a month. Do you have any recommendations? How much do people tend to pay for this? We have someone now but they are not doing a great job and I wanted to see what else is out there. Thanks!
