Looking for feedback on Perfect Renovation design/build firm

Hi, I’m considering using the design/build firm Perfect Renovation for a job in Cobble Hill, but have read some negative reviews, though mostly from a few years ago. The work involved includes expanding a half-bath to include a laundry room and linen closet, remodel kitchen, paint, refinish floors, and some other minor carpentry work. Would love to hear any thoughts, good or bad, from people who have worked with them. Many thanks,
