Looking for AC/Cooling Specialist Recommedation

Anyone can recommend a reliable, reasonable and professional HVAC firm that deals with standard central air installations and issues? Having hard time finding someone responsive and good. Also, would be great to get a yearly contract, are there firms that do that? Any recommendations will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

All HVAC will be slow or not at all to respond at this time of the year. Keep trying, as the weather gets cooler, they’ll be faster.
