Looking for a Grout and Tile Guy (anyone have experience with epoxy grout?)

Getting back to the original question, I have given up on epoxy grout as it is just too damn hard to work with. That after swearing by it for a few years. It dries fast and heaven help you if it dries on tile with a texture, as it isn’t coming off nohow. Best tip I can give is have six pails of water ready, half with vinegar. Two techs is minimum. One applies, one cleans. Mixing the parts a and b can get touchy, so my question is, why not use Prism?

Looking for someone who can inexpensively lay down grout and tile in 3 bathrooms. Any one have a good, AFFORDABLE, reference? I am also very interested in using latricrete epoxy grout in our main bathroom – anyone have experience with epoxy grout? I understand you really need an experienced tile guy that knows what he’s doing in order to properly lay this down. Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

if you cannot afford a skilled tradesman you probably should not be doing the job..why not contact green mountain who posts on the site and get a good job instead of a handyman special that will fail instantly…penny wise, pound foolish

@eman134 If I took advice from ppl like you, I would have paid double for everything already. The fact that I am looking for an affordable craftsman does not mean they are not skilled – I have already found several affordable craftsman here on Brownstoner. I have done a complete gut renovation on a 2 family home and have definitely learned, on more than one occasion, that the highest price does not equal a higher skill – at all. So you can take that “clever” quote of yours else where.
