Long Expired Temp C of O

Long story short: My property has a temporary C of O which expired over a decade ago. According to the DOB website, the open items are: CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY SITE SURVEY: FINAL FINAL ELEVATOR SIGNOFF (there is no elevator at the property) FINAL ELECTRICAL SIGNOFF VERIFY TAX LOT (it?s taxed as a 2 family and the lot looks accurate on the NYC Dept. of Finance digital tax map) CO OBJ: VERIFY ADDRESS-TOPO STAMP HOUSE# APPRPOVAL REQ’D.PRIOR TO FINAL CERTIFIED COPY OF TAX MAP IS REQ’D. APPROVED FINAL SURVEY IS REQ?D. How can I begin to resolve this? Do I need to start all over (i.e.: get someone to draw up new plans, etc.)? Or can I attempt to close out these items in order to get a valid C of O? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
