ISO Engineer or Agency for Controlled/Special Inspections Recommendations

We are about to start a renovation in Prospect Heights and are searching for an competent affordable agency or engineer for controlled/special inspections. Has anyone used someone they would recommend. Also, do you have any idea as to the cost? (We are told this person would have to do TR1 and TR8) Thanks in advance for any recommendations both good or bad.
