HVAC for small commercial space

Hi, I am trying to figure out the approx HVAC cost for purchase and installation for a space I am looking at. It is two levels, the first level is 700 sq ft and the second is a basement level which is 1,000 sq ft. Any ideas as to how to come up with a reasonable estimate?
