How to control sound coming from pipes and ducts?

If velocity of the water in the pipes exceeds 8 feet per second pipes start making noise. It looks like you have hot water heating system and it is over pumped. Usually it happens when plamba tries to resolve unbalance of the system or just installs oversized circulator or undersized piping.

Hi all Sound coming from pipes are not making me sleep at night. I have tried many ways of ignoring but don’t find any solution If anyone having any solutions please make me suggestion.
