Front Entry doors built

Hi can anyone recommend a carpenter who can build some plain painted Black front doors with a Transom on top. Nothing Fancy here . I really appreciate it

as someone who makes and restores doors, I read this and thought about it and was not really certain OP was looking for low price. some people like simple and some people realize that simple can exude quality and status. resident 2 is right though, space is expensive here in NY and travel time is expensive and this work takes time and time is …. I need not say more. there are plenty of local shops who can make this person the doors. I am busy, so I am not even suggesting the OP contact me. and listen, those custom doors from simpson may be more than what i can turn out. Steve

A Carpenter building any front door worthy of doing its job, is still a custom door and will be priced accordingly; do you understand how much it costs to have and maintain a workshop in NYC large enough to make a set of “plain painted doors” ? If you are looking for “cheap” then order a custom sized door from out of State somewhere from the many Door manufactureres: IE Simpson.
