Just curious what folks think of the way the market is moving and the relative merits of Eastern Bed Stuy/Ocean Hill versus East Flatbush.

The market is going up. There’s a historic housing shortage and there will be for a long time. East Flatbush is a great area. The area just east of the 2/5 is greatly undervalued. From Beverly Road or Newkirk you can still get to the city in 45 minutes or less. Houses can be had for $250-400/sq ft. Good deal. Lots of beautiful blocks and great people.
