Hello all. One of my chimneys has 3 flues: One for the boiler, and 2 that are currently unused. The 2 on the left are capped (and the one for the boiler is lined), but the 3rd one is totally open. I’d like to close this up to the elements. It was suggested that I buy a piece of slate and just place it on top. Is this an acceptable solution, or is it best to have it properly capped by a roofer or chimney company? Thanks in advance. Frank
