I’m looking for an architect who has worked with brownstones/limestones to propose a new layout and eliminate rail road rooms in a 3 family limestone, I don’t need help with detailed interior design, aesthetics, or construction work. I’m more interested in just a new layout floor plan and that’s it… If anyone can recommend one (or is one) who has experience, that will be much appreciated!
