Building maintenance company recommendations

Hi. We are looking for an insured building maintenance company for our 8-unit coop in Clinton Hill to take care of basic maintenance (trash, snow removal, common area cleaning, sidewalk sweeping, leaf removal, etc.) Anyone have a reputable, reliable company to recommend? Thanks.

Not sure if they will do a site in Clinton Hill but we use Richard W Younger Site Management 141 Columbia Hts, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (718) 797-2390 in our 6 apt co-op in Brooklyn heights. $300 a month includes trash, sweeping the front steps/sidewalk (snow removal in winter) and internal hall vacuum/cleaning of the bannisters etc once a week. Cant recommend them enough. For $300 they do a great job.
