We live in the area, and we love it.we haven’t had any bad experience concerning crime.that block you mention is pretty good. our 5 year old goes to PS11\. she love the school, and we are in love with it as well. Its a very good area to buy. Good luck

Looking at Condos in Bed Stuy in the areas closer to Clinton Hill. Put in an offer for a condo on Franklin between Monroe and Madison. Place has been gut renovated, but on the expensive side. What do you think about the area, and more specifically the block? How are the nearby schools? The crime reports are “interesting”, is that something we should be worried about? Thanks
