Barclays blue tarps on roof

Nothing there holds water.  Now is the time to walk over and tell the press, before they write up Mike’s state of the city address scheduled for today!

Anybody know why there are blue tarps on parts of the Barclay’s roof?  I’m guessing there were some leaks from the snow.
