A/C Insulated Magnetic Vent Register

Are those same vents used for heating? If not, they shouldn’t be drafty during the non AC season. Perhaps there’s a break in the ductwork somewhere which shold be fixed. The magnetic covers won’t work if there’s a lot of paint on the register cover but otherwise a good idea.

I live on the top floor of a 4 story building. My apartment has central air and a few of the rooms are quite drafty, with cold air coming through the vents. Has anyone else had this problem. I wsa thinking of getting a magnetic vent register, but was curious what others thought…
