Elevator Door SecurityI'm not an expert on the matter but when are co-op did necessary elevator repairs and renovated the interior, we were given a couple of days notice and had to live with the inconvenience for a week or so. The job was done when they said it would be. Does it seem like they're being pro-active in getting a repair person to your building? Perhaps they are waiting for a part. By "the building promising" do you mean the super, owner or the management company?
