Recos Needed for Architect
looking for an architect to draft plans for a 2-car garage + driveway (for a standalone house), as well as do all the adminstrative work – surveying, permits, etc. MUST have experience doing garages…please let me know if there are any recos.

We used Sebastian D’Alessandro from D’alessandro & associates 718.259.2644. Sebastian was the ultimate professional. Extremely Knowledgeable, friendly, & patient w our changrs in design…, compared $ to other architects, he was cheaper by a few thousand, but heck, after some nightmare stories we’ve seen first hand we’d pay double to use him because of all of the time and money that was saved. Our friend John, who is a prominent physician living in an unreal mega house near ocean parkway also just used him and could not be happier….good luck! 🙂
