I just wanted to show some public gratitude for the help/advice I’ve rec’d on this forum recently, especially from Master Plumber (aka John @ Gateway Plumbing). I needed answers to some tricky questions about boilers, floor heating, building code regulations, etc., and it was so nice to be able to count on some solid advice…
I just wanted to show some public gratitude for the help/advice I’ve rec’d on this forum recently, especially from Master Plumber (aka John @ Gateway Plumbing).
I needed answers to some tricky questions about boilers, floor heating, building code regulations, etc., and it was so nice to be able to count on some solid advice from a person who clearly knows what he’s talking about, and who doesn’t have an ulterior motive.
As a fairly new homeowner of a new-construction condo, I greatly appreciate the contribution he (and many others) makes to this forum — it’s been an invaluable resource to me.
The next time I need to hire a plumbing company I will certainly be calling on Gateway, and I feel confident in recommending them to everyone else I know!
Gateway does do it right. And they do it right the first time!
I always respected John and his wealth of knowledge. Our co-op has a great relationship with a very reputable plumbing company that we’ve used for years but if that ever changed, John would be the first person to receive a phone call from me.
I would like to recommend them also. When we were unable to resolve problems with a chimney relining, John came over with his infrared instruments and took measurements and gave advice free of charge! They are just highly professional and the very best at what they do. Plus very nice people. I can’t thank them enough for helping us out.
i didn’t know he was john of gateway plumbing! they were a great help to us several times in our old co-op.
Great that he got some work here given all the free advice he’s given (& been asked for.)
