Are Engineer Reports Part of the Public Record?
Hi, I looked at a house that had been on contract but the buyer’s mortgage didn’t work out. I know there was an engineer’s inspection with that deal – is that now part of the public record? Could I access that somehow? Thanks!

nope, its not and you can’t. you could call broker and ask who they used, call that person and ask to pay for that report (a long shot). pretty much zero chance he/she will just give it to you. the report was work for hire by the other client
