I would like to add a 300 ft extension. Is it possible to do it without excavating? (This, since moving ground earth through the rest of the place would not be an option). Can this be done? This space would also have to be waterproof. I would very much appreciate any input.

  1. Foundation needs to go down 4′. There are other ways to do it if you do not want a foundation wall. Talk it over with your architect. If you don’t have one, drop me a line.

  2. You probably need piers at the least. You might find you can distribute the dirt around your garden to level it out – I did that w/ quite a substantial amount of soil.
