I’ve switched to a high-efficiency boiler and have my old one for sale. It is less than three years old, and has been terrific. We switched because we renovated the basement and wanted to have a boiler/hot water heater we could vent out the back without a flue. This one is a Burnham Series Two, and I used it for gas heat, water return. It more than adequately heated a two zone 2600 foot house. If interested but unsure it would work for you, you could talk to my plumber. I’m asking $1,200 but negotiable. Pick up would be in Park Slope. Email: petergreen510@yahoo.com

These boilers are typically less than $1200 and National Grid offers a $500 rebate .
