Perhaps A&A Innovative, Anthony the mason. He did a similar job for us. He converted a door out of a window when we were doing our kitchen renovation. He did a great job. 347 307 4725.
We got an Andersen 400 series from HD- single pane, hinged. I had a lot of HD credit so it cost next to nothing, hope it holds up.
What kind of door did you end up going with? Are considering doing the same thing at our place.
