I am looking for a local store or web source for what I would described as bedroom cabinets I can mount on the wall of my bedroom (with high ceilings, seems like a great way to create additional storage; maybe a 12-15″ deep? Thanks!

I know you asked for ready-made, but Gothic Cabinet Craft makes stuff fast, is often competitive on price with ready-made stuff, and has the advantage that you can choose exact dimensions, from different woods, and your own stain color. Quite individualized, and for a good price.
Upper kitchen cabinets are about 12″ deep and come in many styles. You may find some that would work as bedroom wall cabinets. Many sources such as Home Depot, Lowes, Ikea, as well as specialty kitchen shops.
