Flooring Recs?
Hi everyone, I have a slight amt. of termite damage to my subfloor and one floor joist. Any recs for a licensed company that can repair/replace the joist & subfloor then install ceramic tile? Fairly small area(~160 sq feet). Haven’t had much luck with the recs on this site. Transcend never bothered faxing the estimate…

Fairly small area(~160 sq feet).
Haven’t had much luck with the recs on this site. Transcend never bothered faxing the estimate and Inti stood me up (twice)
