kitch remodel suggestions and price guesstimate
I have a kitchen that needs remodel. Structure work The wall needs to come down and a joist support put in place. Another Beam may need further support. I need pipes moved to an island. and the floor leveled. Those are the big works. I have designed the layout and know exactly what i want….
I have a kitchen that needs remodel. Structure work The wall needs to come down and a joist support put in place. Another Beam may need further support. I need pipes moved to an island. and the floor leveled. Those are the big works. I have designed the layout and know exactly what i want. I need to replace the range and refrigerator. I want a combination of open shelves and cabinets. I figure 20-50K I am more open to hire a design build firm. Any ideas would be great. Thanks
it really depends on the level of kitchen you want. $20k is on the cheap end considering the work you require. However, we can create something within your budget.

Bullfrog Builders is doing a VERY extensive kitchen gut renovation for me right now. They offer design build services in house and have fantastic references here and elsewhere. You are going to want to avoid the small one man operation contractors on a job of this scope.
I might add thats also true of kevin you can check him at 347 961 5544 he really works and gets the job done, I strongly recommend him.
We can help line you up with an architect/expediter who won’t charge that much to file. For all of my projects I draw in 2D and 3D to supplement design.

That’s a tight budget to bring in a firm that will take 10-15% above beyond.
