jimhill, methinks smilesmile = frenchbulldog @ 11/22 2:19pm. A troll, most likely. Either a competitor or a disgruntled (without cause) customer. I have my doubts about the post right after this one, too, but not so sure.
I’ve never used MasterPlvmber in my house, but he’s been nothing but kind and assistive on Brownstoner.
He also seems to have a good business model, that will work in just about any field, if you are good at what you do. It works like this:
1) help people wherever and whenever possible with friendly, detailed and professional advice,
2) provide an outstanding plumbing service to all of your customers, and
3) let your customers be your best advertising.
To date, I’ve heard only happy customers of his on here.

Fake post. Professional plumbing reputation is solid. Plumbing aside, he is a great guy.
Did a professional job for our coop. Will use them again.
I wish I could be loved here on brownstoner as much as Master Plumber is.
So who did Master Plvmber piss off? I am also in agreement that he offers good advice and asks nothing in return from this board. Alot of vendors are only here to solicit customers and offer nothing in return. From his photos he is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work.
TL;DR SmileSmile is a dick.
