On the C. O. it shall belisted on the second page. if it is an older building you gotta look on the old plans which may be accessible in the bro office.
Otherwise, you will need to hire a surveyor to put on the elevations of the top of the building as well.
look up the building on the DOB website and look for the C of O. If there is one there, it will list the height of record.
