I am curious to know if anyone on this site has used Bullfrog Builders as a contractor for their renovation. If so, please share your experience.
Thank you very much.

  1. Bullfrog has done several of my client’s projects. Both the clients and I have been very happy with their work. Constantine and Dino are a pleasure to work with. You will not be disappointed.

  2. Perrone Construction did a wonderful job renovating my bathroom and refinishing our wood floors. I dealt directly with Don Perrone, the owner, who was more than accommodating to our needs. The entire job cost $12,500, which was exactly what Don quoted us. I highly recommend.

  3. I can second downtownlady’s recommendation. I’ve used Bullfrog Builders for a boiler conversion and for a full bathroom renovation. The results of both jobs were great. A friend of mine on Dean St also had Bullfrog Builders redo his entire crumbling facade and the work they did bringing the facade back to life was amazing. I plan on using them again next year to redo my kitchen and parlor floor. Give Constantine a call. He and his team really are exceptional.

  4. I have a 2 projects, one a renovation and the other a new building, about to start construction with them. My contact with Constantine has been great. He knows what he is talking about and is very responsive to my, the architect, concerns and input.

  5. I used Bullfrog Builders about 18 months ago for a gut renovation of 3 of the 4 floors in my brooklyn heights townhouse. I lived in the previously renovated ground floor rental while the work went on.
I can without reservation, wholeheartedly recommend Bullfrog Builders, one of the owners Constantine and one of their project managers Frank. The finished product was spectacular and most importantly the communication from start to finish was superb. They were not the cheapest bid that I had received but the premium I paid was well worth it.
As a single woman who has owned a brownstone for almost 20 years I have dealt with my fair share of contractors that did not feel it necessary to explain what was going on with the work. Constantine and Frank were the exact opposite and made sure to explain every detail of the job to me. They were always one step ahead of the project and brought it in on time and on budget. Their workers (more like craftsmen) were pleasant and courteous for the entire 6 month renovation.
I was so pleased with Bullfrog that I have since recommended them to 2 friends and to my 2 sisters who all had the same great experience. I had always hoped that Bullfrog would remain my little secret so that I and my friends could keep them as our own contractors but after reading about them in the NY Times and now seeing them on here I guess the word is out. Enough of my rambling…. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.
